Looks like element14 may be producing Raspberry Pi’s with a 512MB RAM module rather than the current 256MB. Very interesting 🙂

I had some setbacks, time issues as well. I am still hard at work on the binaries. I want to make them as perfect as possible!

I envy you! I just bought mine with 256MB RAM, through third party reseller for my (not listed) country.
What to do now, to sell it right away or just to wait for 1GB version of Raspberry PI….
