Hey All,

This is mostly for my own sanity / memory, but I just spent 2 hours wondering why I kept getting fcntl.h and OpenGL/gl.h errors whenever I tried to ./configure some packages.

I forgot to install g++-4.7.

Hope this helps someone else.
